As for the radio broadcast over the Internet I really can't speak to that very well other than to say that (like uplinks) it would depend on how many servers the audio is passing through which dictates how long it takes to get to the listener's computer or whatever device they are listening on. Just to head off any other questions about this I would have absolutely no idea how many servers they go through or even what routing the audio takes or where those servers are located. For all we (I) know it could actually route to someplace out of the country before coming back.
