[Husker] Seems worse this year...

Just about every year we have to get through a couple of weeks in a row
where the games aren't really against competitive opponents and don't tell
us a lot about the team.  Most big programs do.  But these last two weeks
seem like two months!  I am stuck in a rift of the space-time continuem or
something.  I think it is because of the loss that I can't wait to play a
competitive team again and get a win. (No disrespect intended to Ark. St.
and ISU...but the outcomes weren't really in doubt before kickoff.)   A win
over Wisconsin would rinse some of that UCLA bad taste away...especially if
the defense plays well.  I know I'm looking ahead but it should be pretty
safe in doing so.  We will have had three weeks and two practice games to
get ready.  Wisconsin is not that good and they are coming to our house.
Some revenge factor for last season, and the players will be stoked to be
wearing the techfit unis. It will be great for television.  So team...do
what you have to do today and then it gets exciting again.
