[Husker] Line for Idaho State

There typically isn't one for 1-AA opponents.  Too many variables, because the opportunity for reserves to get on the field early makes it tough to set a line.  It could be an 84-0 whitewashing, or get to be 56-0 at halftime, then the scout team gets drilled for a 70-28 final.
