[Husker] Reviewed Call

It looked to me as though the ball landed about a foot from Abdulla but  
then when it bounced up it looked like it grazed his heal.  So it was not  
when the ball was coming down that it touched him.  It was after it  bounced.  
I could not tell if the touch caused the ball to change course or  if that 
was just the bounce of the ball.
