Reading the comments at the article site makes me despair. I don't care when the guy wants to use the handicapped space he has a right to. Sounds like he worked to avoid a lawsuit but promises were not kept. Lots of businesses and people in general don't understand the provisions of the ADA and this is not the first time a lawsuit has been needed to make people understand that this is serious.
IMO everyone should be grateful they don't need to use the handicapped stalls AND grateful they are there if they ever need to in the future. I know I am.
