We have known Christy Horn for many years, and she has been a tireless
advocate for ADA compliance throughout the University system, often insisting
that they go well beyond the letter of the law to the spirit of it. I have
to wonder if this particular issue ever got to her or if someone tried to
handle it without referring it to the ADA office.
