[Husker] Lawsuit accuses UNL of using handicapped parking spots for tailgating during football season

It sounds like UNL wrote a letter to the defendant and said they would 
stop this practice.  Allegedly, UNL didn't follow through with that 
promise and that's when the lawsuit was filed.  There are two sides to 
every story, but if that part is true, then it sounds like UNL dropped 
the ball.

My guess is that this is something that has gone on for years (long 
before the ADA), and nobody has called them on it until now.  According 
to this page (http://www.unl.edu/equity/dservices.shtml), UNL has an ADA 
Compliance Officer on staff.  It seems like this is something that she 
should have noticed and corrected long before it came to a lawsuit.
