[Husker] Lawsuit accuses UNL of using handicapped parking spots for tailgating during football season

No legal expertise, but this about the University seeing $$$$ signs and not using their common sense.  Walking around campus on game days, I often have wondered how they can close off so many parking spots for tailgating that are marked Handicapped Parking.

I agree it does sound stupid on the University's part.
