In Ohio, there is no such thing as "involuntary DUI." So he was liable
regardless. That is the "some reason" the case was not re-opened. Also, the
alleged drug is GHB, commonly called the "date-rape" drug.

Probably, if this is true, it was a stupid prank by some college kids, as
kids are wont to do.
