[Husker] Pelini is not better than both of the last 2 coaches,

It was reported in the Detroit News that an analysis of Solich's blood
showed he had been drugged. They stated what the drug was but I don't
remember. I think it was Ecstasy (sp). Frank made attempts to have his
record cleared but for some reason the DA refused to re-open the case. It's
been a few years and my memory isn't quite as good as it was 50 years ago
but that's how I remember the article.

My memory may be incorrect on this, but wasn't he found unconscious/asleep
parked in the car on the side of the road?

Unless he was on the above named medication, or my wife, one Margarita
doesn't usually render someone unconscious. That would generally suggest
more than drink, a drug, or a really friendly bartender.

I always found this incident odd. The pleading guilty, then the attempted
retraction. The conspiracy surrounding drugging his drink. All seemed "cloak
and dagger."
