My memory may be incorrect on this, but wasn't he found unconscious/asleep
parked in the car on the side of the road?

Unless he was on the above named medication, or my wife, one Margarita
doesn't usually render someone unconscious. That would generally suggest
more than drink, a drug, or a really friendly bartender.

I always found this incident odd. The pleading guilty, then the attempted
retraction. The conspiracy surrounding drugging his drink. All seemed
"cloak and dagger."
