He had consumed a single Margarita, he claims (and evidence seems to
support) that it was spiked with something else. Still many places have zero
tolerance, so it is not 0.08% blood alcohol, it is if the opinion of the
police you did not pass the field sobriety test.  Thus he may still have
been DUI.

I was never sure what to make of that drinking incident, Frank did NOT have
the reputation of being a drinker. 

Oddly enough, on another list I'm on (non-sports), there was recently a
thread started by a member whose wife CANNOT have any alcohol due to
medications she's on.  (It could kill her!)

At a recent party, the host spiked one of her drinks as a joke.  Fortunately
she smelled it.  

At least two other members reported similar incidents at parties, though not
ones with as much potential for dire medical consequences.
