There might be a possibilty of criminal charges if you can interest some prosecutor. This could easily qualify as something like wire fraud. The problem is, if you paid a lot more than face value, you could wind up being a target as well as a victim. :sigh: I stopped buying on Ebay some years ago, too many problems and not enough good merchandise. -- Mike Nolan
