I had never heard that before about the line judge making that kind of

Often when there is a speed rusher (DE), the OT will cheat back a bit, so
the pass rush does not get around him. Now the line judge will signal with
his arm when there are 7 guys on the line, so the OT should be watching and
move up if the line judge does not signal.
No idea if that is what caused the calls, but it is not that uncommon.

3. Those to flags on the line not lining up in the line of scrimmage are
very cheeky calls. While we may not be the only team in the nation to have a
flag thrown on that (I bet we are though) we are probably the only team to
have two.
