[Husker] TV options for Nebraska at Northwestern game?

There are no permanent field lights at Northwestern.  (I think Michigan State
doesn't have them, either, not sure about the other Big Ten stadiums.)

I've been to late afternoon games but not an evening game, the interior
areas of the stadium were not well lit 10 years ago and I don't think it 
has been improved much since then.

Once the Musco lighting people have been there once or twice, they know what
they need to light the field and can set up quickly on Friday so that they 
don't interfere with game day activities.  (That used to be the case in 
Lincoln, too, I remember walking past the stadium on Fridays after class
as they were setting up.)  

Evanston's concerns are twofold:

1.  Parking and traffic
2.  Complaints from neighbors 

The stadium is pretty much in the middle of a residential neighborhood, a mile
from the Evanston campus, though there are some businesses on Central Street.
