[Husker] TV options for Nebraska at Northwestern game?

As I understand it, the Big Ten requires night games to be announced before the start of
the season.  Gary, correct me if I'm wrong on that.  

ESPN is already showing the Oct 20th Penn State @ Iowa game as having a 7PM CDT kickoff,
so it doesn't seem likely the Nebraska at Northwestern game will be moved to the evening.

I believe the city of Evanston and Northwestern have an agreement about night games that
is is even more restrictive than the Big Ten's.  Evanston also requires notice before the start 
of the season and limits Northestern to one night game per season.  Northwestern 
has already had a night game.  

(Evanston and Northwestern have a long and often acerbic history, stemming in large
part from the fact that Northwestern doesn't pay property taxes but can place considerable
demands on the city for services, especially on football Saturdays.  When I was a student
the University bought the city a new fire engine one year to try to mend things a bit.)
