> A 16 conference paring would be 7 from your division and 5 from the other. In this manner, a team is required to play 75% of their conference.  In the Big Ten this would play hell with the old traditional games, but hey, isn't it better to play as many of the schools as possible to REALLY determine the conference championship.

That would mean no out-of-conference games.  I don't see that happening.
