[Husker] IE10 playing huskers.com streaming audio

I had posted a note a couple weeks ago about not being able to listen to the streaming audio from huskers.com on my Windows RT Surface. 



I have sorted this, based on a port on the Surface forum. It may be relevant to all Windows 8 and/or all IE10 



I added huskers.com to the Flash stanza of iecompatdata
