Interesting.  I thought Maryland had a 50M payout to the ACC, not a 22M
payout.  That makes things much more palatable. 

I wonder if they get restricted $ link NU did when starting in the B1G.  I
know the NU athletic budget is in much better shape than Maryland. Maryland
also has to add sports (I expect), I know they do not have a wrestling team,
which all B1G teams do.
