Jim Delaney is the master of the shake and bake.  He had the
other conferences and the media lulled into believing that the 
Big Ten would not expand a few years ago, and, BOOM!, they add Nebraska.  

Now he had them believing that 12 was their favorite number, and, BOOM!,
they add Maryland and Rutgers.

Moral here, when Delaney stands pat, don't bet against him.
