Reports out the Maryland is in negotiations to join the Big 10. This in spite of a 50 million dollar exit fee for the ACC. Maryland and FSU were the two schools to vote against that amount. Rutgers would leave the Big East to join as well - at only 10 Million. Or so the rumors go
