[Husker] New secondary logo (replacing the script "Huskers" over the block N)

I'm sort of with you on this. At the very least there's nothing about
the new logo that particularly recommends it over the old one. The
blackin the old one contrasted nicely but losing a color in the new
one probably makes it cheaper to print.
