Right now Mark Schlabach and Brad Edwards at ESPN are both predicting that Notre Dame will go to the Rose Bowl to play Nebraska:

If Oregon runs the table, then they'll be off to the title game and the Rose will have an opening for one of those teams...and a three loss Oregon State, Stanford, UCLA, or Southern Cal looks much better to the Rose (keeping tradition alive) for a matchup with Wisconsin. A three loss Nebraska would almost certainly miss the BCS cut in that situation.

So right now, it's Pasadena or Florida, probably Tampa, at this point.

It seems unlikely that both NU and OU would play in the Fiesta Bowl.
The BCS lineup looks like:
ACC FSU
Big East Rutgers
B1G NU or Wiscsonsin
Big 12 KSU
Pac 12 Oregon
SEC Two teams, e.g., Georgia, Alabama Others Notre Dame

If Nebraska wins out, but loses the Championship game, they are 9-3, with a season-ending loss.

So there are two other teams. Those with good chances:
Clemson, 9-1, plays NC St & S Carolina
Oklahoma, 7-2, plays W Virginia, Oklahoma St, & TCU Stanford 8-2, plays Oregon & UCLA Texas, 8-2, plays TCU & Kansas St Oregon St, 7-2, plays Cal, Oregon, & Nichols St UCLA, 8-2, plays USC & Stanford USC, 7-3, plays UCLA & Notre Dame

At this point, Clemson looks as if it might be in even with a loss to S. Carolina. Would the BCS bowls take NU at 9-3 over Clemson at 9-2? That's possible, but otherwise there would be only one other slot. Right now, the Big 12 looks like a good bet for a second slot.
If Texas beats TCU, they probably would be taken for a second Big 12 slot ahead of Nebraska unless Oklahoma wins out. So, suppose Oklahoma wins out. Then, for an NU-OU matchup:

- Clemson must lose 1 or even 2 games.

- The Pac 12 must to beat themselves up, with 1 or 2 losses for Stanford, Oregon St, UCLA, and USC. Of course, with UCLA-USC, Oregon St-Oregon, Stanford-Oregon, and Stanford-UCLA, there are four sure losses among the top 5 teams, plus USC-Notre Dame and the championship game. The Pac 12 will be somewhat clearer after this weekend.

I think NU's chances of getting a BCS bid if they lose the Championship are pretty slim. Still, of the contending teams, NU has one of the easiest remaining schedules.

That is the best and possibly only hope for a BCS game, but if you caused the defeat in STL, you shouldn't go to the Rose Bowl ;-).
