[Husker] Nebraska to 16, Oregon/KSU/ND split #1 votes

The latest AP poll is out, Oregon is #1 with 45 first place votes, 
Kansas State is #2 with 14 first place votes, Notre Dame is #3 with 1 
deluded first place vote, and Alabama drops to #4. Georgia is #5, 
Ohio State #6.

The Huskers move from #18 to #16, Michigan is back in the polls at #23,
the highest ranked of the three-loss teams.
