[Husker] Stupid Mistakes

Regardless of whether it was or was not a fumble I am sick to tears of Sean
McDonough and Chris Spielman.

Apparently I'm not the only one as I found this on Spielman's Wikipedia
page.

"Charles Christopher Spielman (born October 11, 1965) is a former American
football player and is currently an analyst for ESPN's partisan
anti-Neebraska hack for coverage of college football games."

I'm not so sure it was a bad call. After seeing the first goal-line view
replay I thought the call on the field was incorrect, and that it was a TD.
But then when ABC finally showed the end zone view it looked like the ball
was coming out of the Penn St players hand as he was stopped short.
Unfortunately ABC only showed that view once so I couldn't tell for sure,
what really needs to happen is for the officials to be able to see
split-screen time-synced video to be able to make the correct call on plays
like this (and also for first down ball placements). Does anyone know if
they already have that capability as it's clear that the network doesn't and
I thought the replay officials used the same video feeds?

But I could be wrong...
