[Husker] Penalties in Perspective

Interesting article on Hail Varsity on NU's penalty issues. A couple 
points jump out. First, NU was penalty-free in making its comeback 
drives against Wisconsin, Northwestern and MSU (which might suggest that 
focus is at least part of the problem the rest of the time). Second, in 
their games against the Huskers, NU's opponents have been penalized 
almost as much as NU - a difference of about 10 yards per game.
