[Husker] The Call was Refs

Nor do I fault the refs on the PI against MSU.  Watching the game again 
yesterday, I could see why they made the call.  There was a lot of contact, 
and Bell's arm appeared to be restricted from getting to the ball.  I 
disagree with the assertion that Bell had Dennard's arm hooked.  Watching 
the play over and over, it seems to me that Bell was trying to get his arms 
in a position to catch the ball, but couldn't, as Dennard had his left arm 
pinned down. It most likely should have been a no call, but I can see why 
they threw the flag.

As a side note, I noticed that one of the Michigan papers stated the play 
occurred on 4th down.  That was a third down play.  The Huskers most likely 
would have attempted a FG next, probably sending the game into overtime. 
The way that the Huskers were playing on both sides of the ball make me 
think they would have won in overtime anyway.

Just my thoughts.
