Anybody surprised that Bo didn't opt to punt the ball on 4th down with 3+ minutes to play vs going for it? It would have likely have preserved field position for a second possession so that we wouldn't have had to go 80 yards to win (and less to tie). The D was going to have to make a stop either way, and the odds of scoring (either a TD or a FG) from near mid field were much higher than converting 4th and long (what was it, 4th and 10?).
Just wondering if anyone else was thinking the same as I was (clearly Coach Pelini wasn't but that's why he gets the big $$ and you get my $0.02!).
