[Husker] Report: Graham Spanier to be charged

Reports are surfacing in PA that former UNL Chancellor and fired Penn State President
Graham Spanier will be charged later today with perjury and obstruction of justice in 
the Jerry Sandusky matter.  

On a related note, Sandusky has been sent to a maximum-security prison, one that also
houses most PA death row inmates, in order to protect him.
