Phil Steele has his top 4 at each position.  NU has 4 1st teamers (Maher is
there twice), 2 2nd,  5 on the 3rd team and 1 4th teamer. 

Overall, not bad, I think the TEs got dissed, I am also surprised to see 8
LBs better than Compton. But then Taylor was 3rd team and they had A Rod as
a 4th team OG (though I expect him to play LT next year). 

Taylor at 3rd team maybe the weakness at QB for the B1G. But if he can
complete 2 more passes a game, which should get him at the 65% range and
have a 2-1 ratio of TD/INT he could have a great year. Neither is all that
hard, he would need to have completed 25 more passes and go from 13 TDs & 8
INTs to something better. Would really like closer to 20 TDs, but he doesn't
have to add more INTs to keep the ratio the same. :-)
