[Husker] Journal-Star to start charging for website

It's not exactly that they're trying to drive people away from print, that
is something that is happening on its own. I do think having an extra
charge for print subscribers is overkill. I don't claim to know the
business reasons for it. Maybe they've determined that most of their print
subscribers don't use the site anyway.

The site is providing 10 free views per month. And as usual, you can paste
headlines and URLs into Google and access pages from there, and it will not
count against your limit. So I will personally continue to browse there and
provide links to the site on other media, but I will follow policy here.
