[Husker] Spanier emails

I remember reading that the emails that implicate both Spanier and Paterno
were uncovered by the Freeh team.  These emails were not provided to the
grand jury in spite of several subpoenas.  Everything uncovered in the
Freeh report has since been turned over to the Penn. Attorney General.
Further indictments may come, the investigation is still open.  It is
speculated Spanier, and, if he was still living Paterno, would likely be
targets of new indictment.  I went looking a found a recent story from the
