Scott, I think you have summarized Graham Spanier's legal status very well, but
the fact that he has not yet been indicted doesn't mean he won't be,
so saying he got away with it is still a tad premature.

If he keeps mouthing off, saying that he did nothing wrong and that the Freeh 
report is hooey, and If there's some DA in Pennsylvania looking to make points,
then his legal situation could take a turn for the worse.  The civil court
actions alone should keep him busy.
