[Husker] Away Game Ticket Allocations

So, why do people go through the University for these tickets? Not trying to be snarky, just curious. 

Maybe I should re-phrase that. 

Why do poor schmucks like myself who don't have $$$ to "donate" to the university go through the University? I'm guessing they don't, right?
