[Husker] Too big to challenge

I hate the idea that the NCAA should be the be-all and end-all on
everything related to college sports. And the organization is full of
people who feel exactly the way Dan Beebe feels.
How about this? Figure out how to manage everything you already regulate
before you try to expand even further.
