Mike,

Where did you see single game tickets for $40-$60? Everywhere I've looked they're at $100 each.

I would imagine the same. And frankly, you might look into Northwestern season tickets anyway, just to have an assurance of a ticket. Put the Iowa and Illinois tickets up for sale on eBay, and it might be cheaper than a scalper.

End zone season tickets are $152 for end zone, $196 for the corners, and $262 on the sideline. Single game tickets appear to be $40 and $60.

I've had mixed success buying tickets from other schools. Sometimes you get bumped by their ticket office to support their season ticketholders. The Lincoln ticket office only gets a certain allotment, and rations them out based on priority points.

You might also consider waiting until a couple of weeks before the game, and continue to monitor the situation...especially if they continue to sell season tickets. Minnesota fell well short of selling out last year, but limited individual ticket sales until the last minute, IIRC.

Northwestern announced last week that single ticket sales were sold out for that game, but that
season tickets were still available.

Presumably the UNL ticket office will have to use its priority points system to allocate their
ticket block.

I have no doubt the stadium will be a sea of red.
