[Husker] Penn State's Penalties

Sounds like B1G is leaning towards relaxing that rule.  Would you rather
have a blue chipper transfer to Bama or OSU ? I happen to prefer Bama,
because I expect OSU will get first shot. Michigan will get their share as
well.

I'll bet that the B1G won't relax that rule.  It's not going to further
enable the destruction of PSU.  The NCAA has done enough already.
