No, probably not.  Only rapid prosecution of the perpetrators will do
that.  Sociopaths are rarely influenced by penalties, and how exactly
does this action taken by the NCAA stop sociopaths?

Based on what I've seen, those in position to stop this nonsense are
all out of jobs and likely awaiting indictments.  Again, does this
incident extend to the Board of Regents?
