If I had to speculate, it will be an extended probation with extensive supervision as the corrective action.  Punitive is another matter entirely.

I'm at a loss as to what they will come up that will be 'corrective'.  I think
that'll take a pretty thick rug.  I just hope they don't attempt to insert themselves
into the judicial process, a place where they do not belong.  

Unprecedented, well, that's pretty easy to believe.
