[Husker] Paterno statue taken down, NCAA sanctions to be announced on Monday

The Joe Paterno statue in front of Beaver Stadium has been removed from its pedistal
and taken into the stadium.  Where it may wind up is still unclear.

The NCAA will announce sanctions against Penn State tomorrow.  Those sanctions are
expected to include major scholarship reductions and a multi-year ban on post-season
play, but not the Death Penalty.  

In an unprecedented move, the sanctions will be announced without going through the 
formality of charges or a hearing before the Committee on Infractions.
