Two wrongs make a right?
A lot of the comments on that ESPN blog relate to the 'institutional
control' piece of the NCAA bylaws. And I would agree that it would
appear that the University should be held responsible for the conduct
of those who represent it. But it appears to me that the parties at
the University that had the responsibility to exercise that control
are no longer there. Are there others in the administration or on the
governing board involved?
