[Husker] Big 10 - Pac 12 alliance is dead

I hated the idea of the 9 game conference schedule.  I would rather see Jim Delaney approach other conferences for an agreement, though I suspect that the Big XII and SEC aren't going to be interested either.

ESPN is reporting that the scheduling alliance between the
Big Ten and the Pac 12 has been dissolved, apparently because
several Pac 12 schools were reluctant to have games every
season against Big 10 opponents.

This may in part be due to the new playoffs agreement,
and it could also put the idea of the Big 10 moving
to a 9 game conference schedule back on the agenda.

It is not clear whether future games between Big 10 and 
Pac 12 schools that were announced in the past year 
(like a home/home between Northwestern vs Stanford) are 
now likely to be cancelled.
