Sorry, but I completely disagree.  What would that solve?

It would not change what happened, and those who would be most 
severely affected are people that had no involvement in what happened 
back then.

As to the report, which I have not read and am not likely to read,
(and I doubt most of the commentators on it have read it all, either),
I wonder how well Nebraska (or any of us personally) would fare if
the former director of the FBI was given an unlimited budget to investigate
the last 15 years?  That's not to say the report is inaccurate,
but (like something you would expect from a former prosecutor) it doesn't 
appear it was looking for innocent people, which is why (according to 
media summaries) it points the finger at everyone from janitors up to the 
Penn State Board of Trustees.
