I tend to agree.  While I am certainly not happy with certain aspects,
mental breakdowns (team and coach), consistency (or lack thereof). Overall,
the past 4 years are an improvement over what we had. 

Two things I have been very pleased with are the overall GPA (>3.0 for the
first time), and the fact that Bo does not run off players who don't
contribute (something the last 3 staffs did). You see guys like Gilleylen
and Mendoza who got pretty much only SP time (if that) but still part of the
time.  Often they would have been encouraged to leave or even have their
scholarships pulled.  Bo will not do that.  Wastes a scholarship, but he is
maintaining his part of the deal.
