Like I said, I get that stuff from your posts. Your tone is soaked in it.
I'm not saying that's wrong or anything, but if you don't even realize
that's happening, you should take a closer look at your writing style. If
you have criticism, say it straight out. Quips about "yes-men" explain
nothing about what you are actually trying to address.

Right guy for what? For Nebraska football. Or is that not what we're
talking about?

I think Bo is the right head coach for Nebraska. I think he's shown both
raw coaching ability and the willingness to learn. He certainly has things
he can improve on, in my opinion, especially in communicating his desires
to his assistant coaches. Hopefully staff chemistry will improve with more
time together.

I'm also concerned with player development on both sides of the ball. Guys
like P.J. Smith, Andrew Rodriguez, Jason Ankrah, etc., haven't shown a lot
of improvement to my eye despite being in Pelini's program for several
years now. However, I don't know how responsible Bo as the head coach is
for this. If it's an assistant coach thing, yes, Bo is responsible for
those coaches' performance, but he probably has to have some direct
responsibility for this as well, especially on the defensive side.
