I would love to see Mike Brown enter coaching. Both were very smart Safeties and Minter has coaching experience.

Fwiw, Raymond was given a larger multi year contract for 200K a couple years with the understanding he would not get a raise during that time.

As for Bo and the yes man...well he tends to be loyal to people he trusts and that could be interpreted as wanting only 'yes men'.

I will say that Raymond and Bo certainly disagreed on occasion as to who should be starting in the defensive backfield.

Anyhow, he was a pretty darn good recruiter, so it's tough to lose the guy.
