[Husker] West Virginia set to join Big XII this year

As someone who attended University of Maryland (lived there for a few years
in my space operation days) I agree with Jon, don't under estimate West
Virginia. In some ways NU has some common vibes with them in that there's
no pro team in the state and though their history isn't as storied as
Nebraska's there's a lot of pride in their team. I'd bet money there are
still sales of the "Major Offensive" t-shirts (Major Harris was their star
QB years ago) floating around.
WVU has direct access to fertile east coast recruiting grounds and now has
media market access to Texas to add to their recruiting reach. I'm not
predicting that they'll be regular B12 champions but if they ascend with
conference change it wouldn't surprise me.
Personally I 'll be very curious to see the Baylor game, the first Texas
team to appear in Morgantown.
