[Husker] West Virginia set to join Big XII this year

I don't know about others but it seems to me that the BigXII got a Missouri back in the league.  A good team but not likely to threaten Tejas much.

West Virginia has settled with the Big East and will be available to
join the Big XII conference on July 1st.  The exit price was $20
million, with WVU paying $11 million and the Big XII chipping in
the rest.
