[Husker] Poor Ticket Sales

Add to all of this the fact that there are way too many bowl games, removing how unique and special it is to actually make it to one.  I think the number should be reduced by about 10 games at least.  And then we wouldn't have to worry about 6 and 7 teams qualifying.
