[Husker] Poor Ticket Sales

Hello out there Husker Nation!
I'm trying to purchase 2 tickets on the Husker side to the Capitol One Bowl.  As rumor has it, there is an over supply.  Where Can I purchase these tickets, taking advantage of the OverSupply?Thanks and see you in the Sunshine State!

I like what Northern Illinois is doing, they're going to give any of
their students who can get to Miami a free ticket to their Orange Bowl
game.  

The policy that says the schools have to take a huge block of tickets,
almost always among the worse seats in the stadium, is certainly part of
that problem.  You can find far better tickets to most of the bowl games
online, for about the same price, sometimes lower.
